Few years ago I had reviewed Tune Hotels first hotel in London: Tune Westminister. At that time I thought I had probably come across THE best budget hotel in the city.
So when Tune announced they were opening a second hotel in London in Liverpool Street-naturally I was really curious and excited to check out the hotel.
I visited them a few weeks ago and I must admit- they did not disappoint and in fact exceeded my expectations.
The rooms has the standard signature of all Tune Hotels: hypnos beds, power showers, air conditioning and 24-hour security.
You have the no frills add ons- for a small fee you can get towels, toiletries while the wifi fees are nominal at around £3 for 24 hours.
The rooms are an improvement on their Westminister branch- larger, with much more space.
More character- there is a nice open courtyard where you have tables and chairs with barbecube area. Should be great in the summer!
Location is also fantastic- you’re just 5 minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station and you have the world famous Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane just a street away.
Also just across the road is an excellent pub called The Water Poet pub which serves excellent selection of local ales and beers plus they show all live football matches ( yay!)
To summarise, I think possibly Tune Liverpool Street is the best budget hotel now in London.
Booking in advance you can get rooms for as little as £35 which is brilliant for London.
Check out my video review of the place to get a feel of the rooms at the hotel.
So. Book well in advance and seriously consider Tune Liverpool for your next stay in London- they won’t disappoint.

I am sitting on my very own Tune bed as I write this! I absolutely love the hotel, the area, and the value! I will recommend it to anyone wanting to escape the somewhat boring hotels of Bloomsbury for an exciting stay in Shoreditch!
Is an awesome location and makes a refreshing change living in the East End of London.More heart and soul.
WOW just what I was looking for. Came here by searching for bucuti aruba
Hi: which Tune would you recommend for a solo-tourist, first time in London?
Hey!
For the solo tourist-I guess my personal favourite is Liverpool Street purely because on the next street you have Brick Lane plus all the cool bars and clubs of Shoreditch. Hope this helps 🙂
