Berlin is blessed with a hive of excellent budget eateries but the Ind0-Singapore diner Amrit in Kreuzberg has to be one of the best deals in town.

Their lunch meny offer of 2 courses for 4 euros is super value for money.

Starter I got a lemongrass infused spicy tomato soup with crispy naan bread -wow, amazing flavours.

Mains- I tucked into a delicious lamb curry served with an awesome salad and thai jasmine rice.
